JOB DETAILS: Vacancy No.JLlCU/A.02/10/2019 Title: Agency Officer Reporting to: Sales Manager-Upcountry Employment basis: 1 year renewable contract Deadline: 11th Oct, 2019 No. of positions to be filled: 4 Department: Sales Location: Mbale, Mbarara,Arua and Hoima Probation: 3 months Job summary: Jubilee Life Insurance Company of Uganda (JLICU) seeks to recruit potential candidates for the position of Agency Officers to be based at our agency offices in the locations. .The core function of this role will be to; • Undertake all business development activities to ensure that the set sales targets are achieved. • Recruit, develop and manage sales teams as will be guided by the sales manager and undertake any other responsibilities as will be guided from time to time.Requirements • The preferred candidate should be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in any field or its equivalent. • At least 2-years of experience in sales. • Experience in life insurance sales or financial services will be of an added advantage. • Excellent communication skills • Exceptional Interpersonal and business relationship skills • Strong Analytical and management skills is a must.Job Skills: Not SpecifiedJob Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degreeJob Experience Requirements: 2 years
