Lutheran World Federation (LWF) is part of the Lutheran World Federation Department for World Service (LWF-DWS), an international humanitarian and development agency. LWF, Lamwo Sub Program seeks to recruit dynamic, innovative humanitarian / social and or community workers for the following vacancy.

NFI Assistant (Clerks)-)1position

Directly reports to- Community Service Officer
Location-Palabek Settlement -Lamwo District
Duration-11 Months
Job Summary:

Under the guidance of the Community Service, the NFI clerk is responsible for the CRIs release from warehouse for distribution to POCs, do stock reconciliation after each distribution and distribute NFI in compliance with LWF NFI standards and established guidelines. .

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work hand in hand with project officer/partners to initiate the planning of distribution.
• Request of relief items for giving population (POCs).
• lnspect and check, the right quantity of items reach in field.
• Supervise the distribution team.
• Ensure distribution, material are in place
• Ensure stock reconciliation is done after the distribution.
• Support data entry for items distributed
• Ensure that all CRIs items are fully accounted for through maintaining a proper and fully signed distribution list.
• Ensure casual Laborers have fully signed engagement contract before any field activities.
• Ensures that all soft copy of items distributed is generated properly filed and with a backup and hard copies are well filed for easy future reference
• Prepare and submit, distribution report to concerned department.

• Good interpersonal skills and excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent English Language (both written and spoken)
• information Technology, (MS Office, internet)
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Good team worker with good communication skills

Education, Qualification & Experience Required
• Degree/Diploma in Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, Statistic, supplies management, Store Management and any other related Field.
• Excellent computer Skills (MS Word, Excel and other store related software.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of proper recordkeeping and inventory management
• Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
• Excellent written and global communication skills.
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
• Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift.
• Skills to operate common office equipment.
• 2+ years of experienp-3.in distribution, inventory control, or recordkeeping

Job Education Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Bachelor of Business Administration
