Job Summary
Jubilee Life Insurance Uganda is seeking motivated, ambitious, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, networking, and helping individuals and businesses secure their financial future through insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through networking and referrals.
  • Promote and sell Jubilee Life Insurance products and services.
  • Educate clients on available insurance solutions and their benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance plans.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE); higher qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Good networking and negotiation skills.
